Delivery is complimentary on every order over ₹5,000. Below that a flat insured shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay, so there is never a surprise on the final screen.

Pieces in stock leave our Surat atelier within 1–2 working days. Delivery is usually 1–2 days within Gujarat and 3–6 days elsewhere in India. The exact estimate for your pincode is shown at checkout.

The moment your parcel is booked we send the courier name and tracking number to your WhatsApp and email. You can also open My Account → My Orders at any time to see where it has reached.

We deliver to every pincode our courier partners serve, which is almost all of India. Enter your pincode at checkout and we will tell you immediately whether we can reach you and how long it will take.

Yes. Every order is fully insured for its value until it is in your hands, at no extra cost to you.

Each piece travels in our anti-tarnish suede pouch inside a rigid keepsake box, sealed in a plain tamper-evident outer. Nothing on the outside says what is inside.

If the parcel has not yet been handed to the courier, yes. Call or WhatsApp us as soon as you can and we will update it. Once it has been picked up the address can no longer be changed.

You may return any unworn piece within 7 days of delivery, in its original box with the certificate and tags intact. Once it reaches us and passes a quick check, your refund is issued.

Call or WhatsApp us with your order number and we will arrange a pickup from your address wherever our courier reaches. There is nothing for you to book or pay for.
